Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email boxes against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
