Its aim is to\r\nfill you in on our policy towards Internet frauds. Our company's\r\npolicy is to strictly scrutinize each new order and verify the\r\npayment details of each new customer. <\/p>\r\n
\r\nHow does the\r\nverification procedure take place?

\r\n*Step 1.* You place an\r\norder for a hosting account with us through our order form. A money\r\ntransaction follows through the selected payment method.\r\n

\r\nNOTE: If you have attempted to pay for a service, but the payment has not managed to go through for some reason, you will receive a one-time email from our Sales Department with details about the requested service and the steps needed to take to complete the payment.\r\n

\r\n*Step\r\n2.* We receive a notification email from our authorized retailer\r\n(PayPal, WorldPay, 2CheckOut) for the transaction.\r\n\r\n

\r\n*Step 3.* An order verification procedure commences\r\nwithin one hour after the notification has been received (on weekends\r\nthis period may be longer).
\r\n
\r\n*Step\r\n4.* A sales representative of ours compares your IP location with\r\nyour billing address and the location information given in your\r\nhosting account.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n*Step 5.* Payment\r\nconfirmation by phone is made at a time convenient for you. If we\r\ncan’t reach you by phone, we’ll send you an email, asking you to\r\npresent us with another phone number which you can be reached at in\r\norder to confirm the payment. If within a 48-hour period you still\r\nhaven’t confirmed the payment, the order will be cancelled and the\r\naccount will be blocked. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

IMPORTANT: All new\r\nPayPal payments come to us with a status ‘Authorized’, but no\r\nfunds are cleared into our account yet. Within the period of 48 hours\r\nthe ‘Authorized’ status should be updated to either ‘Capture’\r\n(if we approve the payment), or ‘Void’ (if we fail to approve the\r\npayment). The funds will be cleared into our account as soon as (and\r\nonly if) the payment goes into ‘Capture’ status. Please, MIND\r\nthat your successfully cleared payment will consequently show up with\r\nthe following statuses - ‘Authorized’ and ‘Capture’, in your\r\nPayPal statement. This does NOT mean that you have been charged twice\r\nfor the service. <\/p>\r\n\r\n
\r\nWe take no\r\nresponsibility if, during the order verification process, the domain\r\nchosen by you has been registered by someone else, since we register\r\ndomain names only after the payment has been confirmed. If this is\r\nthe case, then you might wish to register another domain(s).<\/p>\r\n\r\n
